US PROGRAMMING LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Rohirrim website and software (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

- Account information — such as your name, email address, company name, and login credentials when you create an account.
- Billing information — when you subscribe, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive limited billing data (such as the last four digits of a card, billing name, and transaction status) but do not store full card numbers.
- Customer Data — the property, contact, deal, and outreach information you and your team enter into the Service.
- Usage and device data — such as log data, IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Service, collected to operate and secure it.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process subscriptions, payments, and renewals.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates.
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a payment, your card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy and security standards. We use Stripe so that sensitive card data does not pass through or reside on our own servers.
4. Service providers
We share information with third-party providers who help us operate the Service — for example cloud hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, e-signature and document providers, and MLS data sources. These providers may access information only to perform services for us and are obligated to protect it.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information: (a) to service providers as described above; (b) to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests; (c) to protect the rights, safety, and property of US PROGRAMMING LLC, our users, or others; and (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
- You can access and update your account information at any time within the Service.
- You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.

9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
